"House was lovely….multiple stories with a sea view from everywhere. Enjoyed the patios, jacuzzi and pool. Quiet area during the week, but neighborhood got much busier on the weekend. Only negative is the drive up/down the mountain. Thought it was a little treacherous on some of the curves and switchbacks if another vehicle was approaching in opposite direction. Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property.
