Capitol Reef Dome | Primrose

  • Welcome to our geodesic dome, just minutes from Capitol Reef National Park and Goblin Valley. Each dome is fully furnished and has its own private bathroom. The dome shape opens up the space with awesome views and natural light. Step outside to hike the canyons and explore the park. Built and run by our family. We have a few other domes on the property — if your dates aren’t available for this one, check the others. The skylight is covered to keep the dome cool from the sun :)

Great stay at Capitol Reef Dome. The location is hard to beat. It is about a 10 minute drive to Factory Butte and very close to Moons Overlook, which made exploring easy and stress free.The dome was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with beautiful desert views and an amazing night sky. It felt remote but still convenient.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good location between Goblin Valley and Capitol Reef. Right off the highway which was convenient. Almost no traffic at night so it was relatively quiet. Perfect mix of camping and hotel room.

Such a cute place and great setup. Had everything we needed and was wonderful for stargazing. I wish the domes were spaced a little more apart, but other then that it really was better then I imagined! We had a great time

Great spot. Seems to be used mostly as a one night stop on roadtrips. If you're staying longer you'll need to bring the basic cooking supplies like a cutting knife/board, oil, ect.

It looked totally awesome. I had to run back to work so I couldn't stay the whole night which was sad but we did get to enjoy it for a few hours. Very unique and in a beautiful area
