We travelled internationally and our reservation was cancelled the day before our arrival, despite constant attempts to communicate with the agency. The entire process and client management was as poor as it could be. We were lucky to find an alternative option at the last minute, albeit more expensive. So we still had a great trip and would highly recommend the area, would highly advise to not book this house and to not use this property agent.

Objekt auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen !!!Am Tag der Ankunft wurde uns vorort sie Unterkunft storniert

Wie oben beschrieben ,wurde uns bei Ankunft am Urlaubsort die Villa storniert !!!Jetzt standen wir da nach 10 Stündiger Autofahrt völlig übermüdet , mit 10 Personen da uns hatten keine Unterkunft.Als Grund wurde uns von der Agentur technische Probleme in der Villa genannt.Das war aber GELOGEN,denn wir fuhren zur Villa und konnten uns davon überzeugen dass andere Gäste drin waren.Die Villa war also besetzt und somit doppelt gebucht.Unglaubliche Frechheit dass keiner uns helfen konnte,weder die Agentur , noch Fewo direkt.SEHR SCHLECHTE Kundenbetreuung.Deshalb kann ich weder die Villa ,noch Fewo direkt weiter empfehlen.Wir mussten 400 km weiter in die Toskana fahren um etwas vergleichbares zu findenWaren alle sehr sehr verärgert.Und auf unseren Mehrkosten durch die mehr gefahrenen kilometer bleiben wir natürlich auch sitzen.Toller Urlaub,DANKE FÜR NIX
