The renter failed to communicate the room number, access code to the room, and/or a useable Wi-Fi connection…
I was alone, unable to access my room, and received NO answers when I texted, repeatedly. Again, I texted repeatedly for help. I am 69 years old.
Although I texted the “owner” repeatedly for help, I received, NO ANSWER.
