More than anything, everything was clean. Everything was in working order, and the host was pleasant and seen tidying up around the property. There were many accommodations right around me. I had the best fish and chips ever at the big Y across the street.

All the staff members I met were cheerful & helpful. I asked for a ground floor room, upon arrival, got a very nice one at no extra charge. I was in the area for a music festival, plan on booking a stay again , next year.

The hotel was not what we expected to be, the sheets were stained and it was more of a motel than a hotel, it smelled horrible! we asked for new sheets and comforters and they were also stained. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! We checked out a day early because we couldn’t beard to stay another day.

I stay at a lot of hotels in my line of business. This is absolutely the worst most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Luckily, I made a reservations for another hotel not far away. I suggest nobody stay at this hotel. I should be refunded.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The property was not clean and clearly needs significant maintenance and better upkeep. Several areas appeared neglected, which made the overall experience uncomfortable and did not meet my expectations. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. Unfortunately, I do not feel the condition of the property justified the price.

This place is in very rough shape. Unfortunately not many options in the area. Carpet is old and worn. Lights are extremely bright led. Mattress was lumpy and linens were poor quality and rough. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Curtains to the outside didn't close well and let in the light from the space outside.

Really low budget. Bed was clean and comfortable. Rooms were sparse, dated and oddly shaped, such as a large space with one armchair against the far wall in a corner. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was okay with the basics.

this place was dirty and the customer service was terrible !! they dont even have tap to pay plus under the bed there was nothing but filth and dirt ! none of the appliances worked and my bf and i were literally able to open our door by sliding the card through the door its genuine slop. paid 300+ dollars for terrible service and a terrible room

I reserved a room for this hotel through another traveling app and was supposed to pay upon arrival. Before I could even get there they charged my debit card and messed up my account. I was very unhappy and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The lady at the desk apologized and tried to help but couldn't do anything. No one even tried to contact me to work it out. Very disappointing.
