「Wonderful house for our family Christmas vacation! The host was terrific. She checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and were not having any problems. She decorated the house beautifully for us …. both inside and out. Large kitchen table for the family to eat at and play games. Duraflame logs were provided for us to enjoy the fireplace. Everything was clean and nice bedroom linens. Good location. Overall, a great place to stay. We would stay here again if ever back in...

「Great weekend with friends!」

「Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

「the house was great for our needs - it was nicely furnished fully stocked with the essentials in the kitchen. the host checked in when it was especially cold to ensure the heat and water were working correctly. the living room was very comfortable with leather reclining chairs and a gas fireplace that heated the room very well. We enjoyed how easy our stay was and recommend this location 」

「This property, although spacious, is not really up to modern standards. We checked in several hours after the check in time and found the property was still being cleaned. While I appreciate things can come up, lack of any heads-up from the host was disappointing. The trash bins outside were full from previous guests. One of the units had no silverware or adequate pots/pans. Some of the window blinds were falling off, and there were some other damages which were aesthetically really unappealing....

「I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. 」
