NEW apartment with pool and garage near the Beach

Ginny House is located on the second and top floor in a residence with swimming pool.
It consists of an eat-in kitchen with large fridge and freezer, oven, coffee machine, dining table and sofa bed. A large double bedroom where you can also insert a travel cot for your younger children. The apartment is completed by a brand new bathroom with shower and a laundry corner with washing machine and clothesline.
Wifi included.
Our cleaning standards are very high because we want to ensure our customers a pleasant stay. Bed linen and towels are included.
A private garage inside the residence is available to customers free of charge.
The apartment is located in a splendid position: a stone's throw from the lakefront, from the free and equipped beaches as well as from the departure point of the boats.
Bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity.
Our guests will be able to access the swimming pool located in the center of the residence and use 2 sunbeds per family. It is forbidden to consume food in the area of a swimmingpool.
Upon your arrival I will ask you a touristic tax that you can pay online to me personally,1 euro per person per day.
