“my room was a lot better than expected”

“Hôtel génial situé dans le centre de Xela. Très propre et on sent une bonne odeur dès qu’on entre dans la chambre. Douche chaude avec une excellente pression. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse et un jacuzzi (que nous n’avons pas essayé).”

“Recepcionista excelente. Ya habían cerrado restaurante pero muy amablemente nos indicaron y guiaron donde comer. Todo excelente.. habitacion super limpia y cómoda. Todo. Super recomendado.”

“Really cute place. They went the exta mile on the "vintage" decor. The hotel cafe was a nice amenity and very convenient. The parking was secure too and we were able to walk to several nice coffee shops, the park and restaurants.”

“Le doy 2 estrellas por el siguiente motivo: se realizó la reservación con 1 día de anticipación y, el día que llegaríamos nos indicaron que TODO estaba bien. Cuando llegamos al Hotel nos encontramos con la sorpresa que no nos quedaríamos en ese hotel sino en un departamento del mismo dueño que estaba en OTRA DIRECCIÓN por 1 noche y, al día siguiente a las 11:00 am nos trasladaríamos a otro hotel que estaba cerca del hotel donde inicialmente nos íbamos a hospedar. Fue molesto, incómodo, cansado,……

“It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot. ”

“We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special.……

“Cuando llegamos no estaba ninguna reservacion registrada en el frontdesk, teniamos que volver a pagar la noche. Tambien no habia agua caliente, mi esposa rechazoʻ quedarnos. NO NOS HOPEDAMOS ALLI NINGUNA NOCHE. POR FAVOR NECESITAMOS REFUND!!”

“Bel hôtel mais très près de la route. Chambre bien décorée. Mais on entendait tout depuisla salle de bains. Impression de prendre la douche avec son voisin. Et Sans compter Le passage toute la nuit de gros camions faisant un bruit pas possible. Concernant les saunas et massages au Spa : bien. Le seul bémol : peu d'explications pour nous indiquer la marche à suivre et globalement peu d'attentions à notre égard (une petite serviette nous a été donnee au lieu d'un peignoir. Gênant pour déambuler……

“Es un lugar horrible hice mi reservación, cuando llegue al lugar nunca me atendieron estuve esperando y tocando el timbre y también llame simplemente no hay atención. Solo espero que me reembolsen la reservación ”
