Nestled in the heart of Toulon's sought-after Mourillon district, we are renting our 80m2 T4 apartment + large balcony with full sea view.

Ideal location / everything within walking distance!

Located 200m from the Mourillon beaches (restaurants, water sports, games). Within walking distance of shops on the famous Rue Lamalgue and the Provencal market. Nice coastal promenade 3 minutes away by car.

The north side overlooks Mount Faron, while the south side enjoys a full sea view. No direct neighbours.

The apartment comprises a large living room (lounge + dining room) opening onto a flower-filled balcony for outdoor dining.

3 bedrooms: master bedroom with double bed (160cm), large children's bedroom with bunk beds and double bedroom with sea view (large sofa bed). Large fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet.

Facilities: wifi, coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Bluetooth speaker, clothesline, hairdryer, children's toys, office available.

Parking space in residence.

Comfortable, well appointed apartment with wonderful view from the balcony which aided a very relaxing stay. Easy access to the old town and port via a well serviced bus route and just minutes from the beach. The host went out of his way to ensure all was OK during out stay but was in no way intrusive.

Parfait pour se retrouver en famille lors des fêtes de Noël. Notre hôte était aussi disponible et plein de bons conseils. Emplacement parfait avec parking pour rayonner partout dans Toulon en moins de 10 minutes ou aller à la plage en 5 minutes

Great location

This cosy, stylish apartment was very clean, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The host was friendly, very helpful and responsive if we had a problem and provided lots of local information. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we were close to bus routes and the beach. The apartment was good as there were only 2 of us but I think 6 people might feel a little cramped in the living space.

mediterranean relaxation

this appartement is spacious yet small, basic with all of the conveniences one could need. each night we ate dinner on the lanai overlooking the mediterranean sea, during the day we would swim and explore the south of france, there are several ice cream shops nearby. 🍦 ✨ i would happily return.
