The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a worry-free stay. The kitchen, open to the spacious living room, is equipped with everything you need (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), allowing you to easily prepare your meals. After a day of sightseeing or work, the bright and welcoming living room invites you to relax and enjoy a pleasant space.
The three bedrooms offer a comfortable and intimate space, ideal for resting. You will also have a functional bathroom with a modern shower and sink. The toilet is separate, for greater comfort and convenience.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, ideal for those who enjoy a bit of exercise.
The accommodation is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Paid parking is available, and an underground parking garage is located nearby in Jean Jaurès.

Flexibility and independence:
- Easy access to the accommodation thanks to a key box. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. Please respect these times for a worry-free experience. ## Interaction
