"We had such a great time at this house! The pictures do not do it justice. It is so peaceful and quiet. You can see Mount Rainier from the property and the surrounding wildlife. Also, there is no light pollution so you can see so many stars at night. Highly recommend!"

"The Lewis River flows by just outside the door of this marvelous house. The well-stocked kitchen (condiments! Sharp knives! Toaster!) was super nice to use, and stores are a short drive away in Woodland. The homemade salmon dip was amazing! The hosts were friendly and helpful and stayed out of our hair once we checked in. "We were in town for a wedding and this cabin was great for my husband, adult son, teen son, 2 labs and Me! Trail up hill in back is a thigh burner but a great start to the morning. Dogs were happy roaming the fenced property. Cabin has everything you need although internet is spotty at times. C stores in Cougar have are stocked if you forgot something, only 1.5 mile away. Resort restaurant (Log Fir?) has EXCELLENT food. Burgers were delicious, chili cheese fries amazing and my husband had stew,...

"Nice stay for our venture out to Mt. St. Helens. Lost power over by the dishwasher and coffee maker- could not figure out how to get it to come back on- tried the breakers. Emailed right away, never got a response back. I would say everything was good except no communication. The washer and dryer were full when we arrived and I finished those 2 loads and put everything away in the closet and emailed that the first day we were there and never got a response back either.
