Room was okay very dry air . I rented because my daughter had a Tonsillectomy at the hospital near by. I could tell someone had smoked in the room previosly. When we got back from surgery my room key stopped working and I was holding my daughter in my arms trying to get the door open. Thankfully the house keeper was near by and was able to let me in. I did then call down to the front desk to try and get a new room key brought up but it never came. I didnt rate poor because a man named David working at the resturant downstairs gave us exceptional service. Making my daughter a special smoothie and just giving a little sprinkle of positivity on our long day. He even played taylor swift songs for my daughter. The hotel wasnt great the pool area was poorly ventelated and appeared uncleanly . It was about 7pm the night before the surgery when we went to the pool so maybe it was just recent trafic? I didnt wanna stay another night as the air quality wasnt great in the room. Ate the last nights money because of it. 24 hour notice refund policy.

Toilet and phone didn’t work. Went to the front desk to request a different room but they said they had no available rooms with 2 queen beds. Parking lot was empty so not sure why there were no rooms available.

We were very disappointed with our experience and we have stayed in many, many hotels. This was the first time trying a best western. Upon arrival to our room, we opened the door and the smell of marijuana was so strong it hit us in the face. We refused to stay in a room with our child that smelled like skunk (this was supposed to be a non smoking room). We went down and requested another room and we were moved but the next room had a musty smell. Our friends, had to also move rooms because the sink was clogged in theirs. This makes me wonder the quality of the cleaning that is happening since the rooms didn’t seem to be ready for new guests but were being assigned anyway. The hot tub was also barely warmer than the pool, we called the front desk and they said it was broken (This was the reason we stayed here so this was a huge disappointment and we were not told this at check-in ). At 9 pm, in the evening, the room next to us was blasting music so loud and yelling; we again had to call the front desk and ask if we could be moved. They said they had no more rooms available but would ask them to turn down the music. It was a good, 30 mins before this happened and it was quiet enough to sleep. We also used the fitness center and the machines are very, very dated. The hotel could be nice, but needs updates that seems to be ignored. After this experience and the price of this hotel being more compared to others in the area, we would NOT stay here again or recommend.

I had stayed at this property in the past and it was a nice stay. I don’t know what happened in six months but the hallway smelled of mildew, my room was dirty and also had a weird smell. The staff was friendly and understanding.

The people in room 142 were very disrespectful..loud music and yelling..I alerted the desk twice..it stopped for a good hour. To many drinks out on the halls carrying on. It was not relaxing at all..The money o paid was not worth it. We wanted to leave but didn't want to lose out on our money.

I was not very happy when I got to the hotel and was told that the pool was down for maintenance. No where in the best western website or on expedia did it say the pool was closed. That was the reason for the stay was for my daughter’s birthday party. So we had to cancel the reservation and I’m waiting for the refund

The dinner we had was top notch. Service was awesome. Our room furniture is, two chairs and couch. All need replaced. No padding on the chairs and the couch is really uncomfortable. The water smells awful, served in the restaurant and the rooms. After the awesome dinner we had the breakfast can't compare. Instant eggs and microwave sausage patties. Taters were good. It was a Motel 6 breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Desk staff were very nice. The gentleman who works the nightshift, was very polite and professional.
