Tower Treehouse House Rules

Welcome to Tower Treehouse! Please help us preserve this unique retreat by following these house rules.

• Occupancy
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
• No unauthorized visitors.

Quiet Hours

• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking

• No smoking or vaping inside the treehouse.

Pets

• Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of the pet fee.
• Please clean up after your pet and keep pets off furniture whenever possible.

Safety

• Use the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, fitness equipment, e-bikes, and all outdoor amenities at your own risk.
• Children must always be supervised.

Fire Safety

• No fireworks.
• No sky lanterns.
• Never leave the fire pit unattended.
• Turn off the propane grill after use.

Respect the Property

• Please treat the treehouse with care.
• Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture.

Check-Out

• Start the dishwasher.
• Strip Used beds
• Place trash in the outdoor bins.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Replace the hot tub and cold plunge covers.
