「We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK.」
