「We had a wonderful stay with family. The house (cabin) is very comfortable with everything needed to enjoy the beautiful GA coast. Our host (Daryn) was/is great, always attentive and helpful whenever needed. My only reluctance to this post is the concern for others to discover this jewel of a location. We shall return!」

「Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel.」

「This was a great place to stay especially if you have a bike and kayak. We drove and biked through the refuge and enjoyed it more on the bikes. We did a short kayak trip on Harris Neck Creek at high tide and it was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back!」

「Cute rustic cabin on 40 acres, with a nice fishing pond and dock. Very nice inside, our only complaint is that when it rains, (and there was a lot of rain when we were there) is that the WiFi, cell, and TV don’t work well, because of the rain. Some people might not worry about that, but with the kind of weather we were getting, I want to know what is headed our way. All in all a good vrbo.」

「We enjoyed our stay. They provided a dog tie out so I could have her eat outside. We appreciated that they repaired the internet quickly after a storm. Comfortable bed. Nicely outfitted kitchen, but did miss a dishwasher. 」

「We had the entire 81-acre property to ourselves (we didn't realize it was deer fly season LOL) and enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in the Rum Runner's Cabin which was immaculately clean throughout, had nice towels and linens, it was a few steps from the boardwalk to Knox Creek Dock and has an interesting history. We were charmed by the antique rum bottles on the shelves and a "Wanted" poster of a bootlegger. Worth noting in case it's a challenge: the bathtub is a clawfoot tub. John made both...

「Beautiful views and relaxing environment. Could use some signage to indicate which property to pull into, as there are various at this address. However, the host was right on it an guided us in. Appreciated the little conveniences provided and being immersed in nature. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again. 」
