"A place with so much potential but a bizarre experience. Everything in the room - curtains, cushions, carpet - seemed new and very promising but the attention and service that should have accompanied that good start was non-existent. At no point during our stay did we meet our hosts or any staff apart from bar staff who, although very pleasant, showed no sign of knowing that we were guests staying in the 'ghostly' property where, once the bar was shut, we felt like we were the only, and not very welcome, occupants of the whole building. It would have been nice to have been warned that, unlike all other inns, hotels, etc., that we have stayed in, there would be no service of any kind to our room throughout our stay - no replenishment of towels or the coffee/tea tray. There was a vacuum cleaner outside our door so, had it been necessary, we could have done our own cleaning! The establishment serves food but there was no breakfast available which also seemed unusual in our experience."

"This was our second visit to Tamerisk.The accommodation is fabulous, a sea view front & back & a beautiful garden to sit in. The perfect location tucked away in a very peaceful location & coastal walks straight from the door !! Can’t wait to go back."

We didn't use the car once we arrived & enjoyed the Easter activities in the village, coastal walks & relaxing in the cosy apartment. The homemade bara brith & supplies for the coffee machine were an extra treat we really enjoyed! "

"We had a lovely stay in this quiet, warm and homely bungalow. Ideal for a family of three or four, with great walks from the doorstep and a perfect base for exploring Anglesey. A good local pub is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. We’d return."
