「Loved that the home was so close by to where my daughter’s wedding was being held and it was just down the street from my High School, North Medford (Medford Senior High)! 「Stay was very clean and place was really nice. The host was also really nice and communication with them was really easy! Loved the stay, and I would definitely stay again. Just as a note we did not use the pool while we stayed here but it required us to give it a rating, so I can’t speak directly on it, but if the house and host are anything to go off of I’m sure it would be excellent as well.」

"I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms available. Why couldn't I book another room? If there were no rooms available, please don't post them online. Later, they arranged a different room for me, but the price was different. The difference was more than 30 yuan. I asked him to make up for the difference, but he said no. Sure, I'm very disappointed with this hotel ，I hope to receive fair treatment. Thank you"
