Less than 5 km from Corte, in the heart of the mountains, 85 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a house comprising an adjoining gite (64492), two seasonal rentals on the ground floor and the owners' apartment on the second floor. It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen including a 160x200 cm sofa bed - 1 bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds (twin beds available on request) - 1 bedroom with two 90x200 cm twin beds (separable beds available on request) - Shower room - WC On the edge of the road connecting the village of Tralonca to Corte Owners' dog roams the property - Private covered terrace of 16 m² - Garden furniture - Plancha grill - 3 free parking spaces in the property's parking lot (access via a small steep slope) Shared with cottage 64492 and the two other seasonal rentals: - Swimming pool (11x4.5 meters, depth: 1.4 meters), accessible throughout the rental period and secured by an alarm. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to those listed in the rental agreement. - 6 deckchairs - Pétanque court - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in each bedroom - Oven - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Filter coffee maker - Television - Wi-Fi - Washing machine, ironing board, and iron shared between both cottages (in the outdoor laundry room) - Hairdryer - Towel dryer - Breakfast is included in the rental price for the entire duration of the stay. - Beds are made upon arrival - Pool towel rental (€5/person), to be reserved directly with the owner - Check-in is possible from 5:00 p.m. Near Corte, air-conditioned cottage for 6 people with shared swimming pool and breakfast included!
