The location is excellent! We’re just a short walk from downtown, a short distance from points of interest such as the Marina and the Villa Comunale, and a short walk from Trani’s waterfront promenade.

The interior is laid out as follows:



- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, electric food processor, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, double sofa bed, washing machine, dryer, 32-inch Smart TV and split A/C;

- LOFT SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, clothing rack, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES FOR GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the living area and one in the sleeping area), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Parking is available upon request for a fee.



PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance to the apartment.

The sleeping area is on a loft—accessible via an internal staircase.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Please note that check-ins outside the specified hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is simply marvelous, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol—the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino—built from the distinctive local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the city, visible from the sea.

The accommodations are centrally located, making it easy to reach all points of interest and the sea on foot in less than ten minutes. Essential amenities are within walking distance: within 200 meters, you’ll find a café, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
