"Beautiful winery with history. Staff were great. Families will appreciate the goats, donkeys and many other farm animals. We did the winery tour and tasting. The property is 1-1.5 hours drive to most major Côte d’Azur destinations."

"The hotel is hard to locate - in one direction there is no sign outside. One found it is a very tranquil environment with ample outside seating. Not within walking distance of restaurants."

"La Bastide is a great Provençal hotel in an amazing and quiet area. The place is surrounded by trees, vineyard, a farm and piece of arts. Next to the Bastide, 10/15 mn by walk, you have the winery the Commanderie de Peyrassol. The vineyard is stunning. Within the vineyard, you have two restaurants, check Jeanette a gastronomy restaurant with great food and the Bistrou Lou for more casual food. Both restaurants are great and in a great location. "These folks are busy and Vincente still makes a very nice breakfast. The pizza at the truck down the road is a great option for dinner on the terrace. Check out the unusual goats next door and the Spar market has WARM baguettes in the morning across the street. Ask for “Une baguette, s’il vous plait” and enjoy! This lodge was MUCH further than I expected on extremely windy roads from Cannes and through Grasse but it was beautiful. The Val du Saint Thierry has a great farmer’s market on Sunday...

"We enjoyed a lovely week in the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise for us as we weren't expecting much. The accommodation is basic but functional and clean.The staff was very warm, welcoming and eager to help out. Breakfast was balanced with a variety of foods to choose from. The surrounding area was very clean too. We recommend you stay here."
