Ferienhaus Trassenheide

The holiday home, which was modernised in 2016, is located with another holiday home (DZV462) and a residential house on a 1500 m² plot in a central location, just a 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach. The village centre with tourist information, cycling and hiking trails, restaurants and shopping facilities are only 250 m away. The holiday home extends over two living levels (raised and lower ground floor). Both levels have a separate entrance. On the mezzanine floor is the living/dining room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, DVD, dining table for 8 people) with open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances). ), a bedroom (double bed, sitting area, cot) and a bathroom with bath and shower. In the basement there are 3 further bedrooms (each with a double bed, 1 x cot) and a shower/WC. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue, bicycle shed, sun loungers and a car park. For children there are cots, a high chair, various toys and a small children's playground outside. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them. The Ostseebad Trassenheide is subject to visitor's tax.



Trassenheide, the seaside resort in the north of the island of Usedom, is characterised by its fine sandy beach. Nudist and dog bathing beach nearby. The town is connected to the island's cycle network. Events and concerts take place on the promenade in summer.
