"Great location with a bus stop right out the front that takes you into the old town. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Only the fridge in room needed to be colder. Everything else was great. "

"My second stay here: centrally located, close to the train station and public transport, but easily walkable for many of Salzburg's attractions. Excellent value, spacious room and bath, with every amenity required for a comfortable stay, comprehensive breakfast buffet. My room had a received a nice comtemporary upgrade in its decor from my last visit, which added to the experience. One note: laundry services are available at the hotel, but not on weekends. The front desk was able to direct me to a nearby laundromat, a 10-minute walk away. "

"This was a great property for our stay in Salzburg.. The rooms were fine for our needs. Worth using the underground car park but only limited spaces. Breakfast basic but very good. Make sure you ask about free bus and train passes which you can get from reception. The hotel is served by a number of buses."

"Loved the hotel, we arrived at 8am having arrived from Milan on the night train, we asked if we could freshen up some where as our check in wasn’t until 3pm and they said our room was ready and that we could use it straight away. Added to that Salzburg is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Good and Clean Hotel Rooms probably recently renovated, Amazing Location . Fully recommended Car Parking is the only challenge but there is a nearby public parking place next to hotel where parking is free from 7pm to 9am every day and weekends are free Suggestion to include breakfast if possible "

"The room decor was very nice with music note carpeting as an homage to “The Sound of Music”. The reviews said walkable from train station but it was a fair distance and not too straightforward. We managed but just be aware. We felt we received great value for the price and front staff were lovely and accommodating. "
