"My husband and I fell in love with this hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. All spoke English. We had a junior suite and we had access to the executive lounge. Everyday there was new food to snack on and fully stocked drinks that were free with the room. Also our mini fridge in our room was free too. The breakfast was off the charts good. Everything you can think of was available. They even had a chef ready to prepare omelets, fried eggs, etc as you order it. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. It is in walking distance to everything. 👍😀"

"Parking for hybrid vehicles was not available at the hotel. However, there was a large paid parking lot within a 5-minute walk, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience, and the staff were the kindest people I met during my trip in Austria."

"Highly recommend this property. It was so clean, the communication was prompt. It is super close to the Salzburg main train station. My only complaint is the self serve laundry is lacking. There are not enough machines for the entire property. Everything else was +5 stars"
