“Staff was amazing great family they are very helpful and considerate of there guest and go above and beyond my wife and I had an amazing stay in Messina 41 which made my wife very happy especially her maiden name being Messina she felt right at home thank you so much for having us ”

“The lady who owns the B&B was extremely friendly and let me check in early (I needed to put my bags down). She lives in the property. Room was traditional, clean and spacious with a great location, 2mins walk from the Duomo. Very comfortable bed and pillows. However, no breakfast. There is a sideboard with some biscuits and a coffee machine (no cups, plates, empty fridge and nowhere to sit if there was food - things all over table). This area should be more welcoming for guests and there should……

“No wifi in our Royal/King Suite (we selected the best room on their hotels.com listing). Only working wifi was in their lobby (i took my tablet and cell phone to lobby and confirmed wifi worked there). Cannot recommend any hotel with no working wifi in a room I am paying for. We left the next morning and hotel would not credit our account for nights we were not there. They grossly misrepresent wifi on hotels.com. Also, they misrepresent parking as secured covered valet parking on-site; they……

“Sehr schön eingerichtetes und geräumiges Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück. Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Vermieter davon ausgeht, man nutze Whats App. Ging aber letztlich auch per telefonischem Kontakt.”

Inoltre dovevamo pagare in struttura invece ci è stato addebbitato tutto la mattina dell' arrivo. Non professionalità. Peccato perché la struttura all' interno e le camere molto belle”
