Smashing house - fabulous facilities

Exceptional facilities (pool, sauna, hot tob, pool table, well equiped kitchen) and large grounds with childrens play area and boules rink. Property's amenities mean that the weather is not a big issue. Really clean and lots of space for families to get together. Lots to see in the area. All in all a great place to spend a week.

Amazing stay @ The Palace

We arrived later in the evening and was met personally by the owner who gave us a tour around the house and surrounding areas, explaining everything required to manage the sauna, hot tub and pool and house facilities. The house had plenty of combinations of bedrooms for our stay as we were 2 families with 6 children between us. The house was fantastic! Great facilities and a pleasure to look out into the green surrounding landscape from the hot tub. The kids loved the pool and we also had good use of the gym. A wonderful stay - would highly recommend! Thankyou Olivier!

Wonderful Accommodation

The property is very good. The pictures in the app are accurate. The children and adults loved it. Going from pool to hot tub and back. The owner is lovely , greeting us with a box of vegetables from his greenhouse. Easy to contact, and sorted anything very quickly. Very rural, and lots of space for children to roam on their bikes in safety. They loved the gardens and huge trampoline. Fantastic beaches, within 15mins and Binic Sur mer is a treat.

the property itself was lovely and had all that we needed , we met the owner on site as we turned up who went through most things with us . [language barrier was a big problem] . when he finished going through everything he said that he wanted 800 euros as a deposit which came as a massive shock as this was NEVER mentioned to us . i reluctantly agreed to pay this and got my bank card out to pay for it , he said no , i need euros cash which came as another massive shock , bearing in mind that i brought 1000 euros over with me to spend which only left me 200 euros to spend for the week . i had to borrow money off of the rest of my family [which was embarrasing] and also take more money out of my account which cost me more money . at the end of our stay the owner turned up to pick up the house keys and then preceeded in going through every room in the house to check if there was any damages , which made us feel like some sort of criminals [ a very unpleasant experience]

Un séjour exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette magnifique location "Le Petit Palais". Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la propreté irréprochable des lieux et par la décoration soignée, pensée avec beaucoup de goût. Chaque détail a été réfléchi pour offrir un cadre à la fois élégant, chaleureux et fonctionnel. Les espaces sont incroyablement grands, ce qui apporte un confort inégalable.L’extérieur est tout simplement splendide : un véritable havre de paix où règnent calme et sérénité. Mais le véritable atout de cette maison (pour nous), c’est son espace bien-être ! Nous avons eu la chance de profiter chaque jour de la piscine intérieure (un grand plus !), du sauna infrarouge et de la salle de sport parfaitement équipée. Sans oublier le jacuzzi extérieur, idéal pour des moments de détente en toute tranquillité.Un immense merci également à Olivier pour son accueil chaleureux, ses conseils avisés sur les lieux à visiter et ses précieuses recommandations. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous recommandons la location de Bénédicte et de Olivier les yeux fermés et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y revenir très bientôt !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben Ende März eine Woche im kleinen Schloss verbracht. Wir waren mit drei Parteien und Kindern. Es gibt drei Bereiche mit je zwei Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern. So hatteFamilie seinen Bereich. Das Haus ist auch bei wechselhaftem Wetter sehr hell und freundlich. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön in die Natur und es war sehr ruhig. Billard, Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi haben für eine große Abwechslung und Zufriedenheit aller geführt. Für die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind wird zwar was mit dem Auto fahren müssen, aber es gab viel an den Küsten zu entdecken.

Sehr schoenes Haus

Der Aufenthalt war in diesem Haus super. Auch mit 9 Leuten verläuft man sich im Haus. Pool-Whirlpool hervorragend.Sitzgelegenheiten sehr kommunikativ da grosse Tische. Küche sehr schoen und gross.Kochen macht da Spaß. Umgebung draussen direkt am Haus sehr gut . Grill haette sauerer sein koennen.! Schlechter war : Es stand da Rollstuhlgerecht. Wenn man mit einem Schieberollstuhl da ist -vielleicht OK. Aber der Eingang hatte schon eine Stufe. Mit E-Rollstuhl kommt man nur mit einer Rampe rein(unbedingt mitnehmen). Ebenso sind die Ausfahrten zur Terrasse eine Hürde. Ging bei E-Rollstuhl nur mit jede Menge Kraft. Im Erdgeschosss selber ist es geräumig und gut befahrbar. Türen sind für Rollstuhl sehr knapp.Mein E-Rolli (60cm) ist so gerade rein.(Toiletten). Behindertengerecht-also Griffe etc gibt es nicht-zur Info.Muss ja auch nicht-ist ja angeblich lediglich Rollstuhlgerecht. Wohlgefuehlt haben wir uns da sehr-Gastgeber sehr nett. Mir ist diese Bewertung wichtig-wegen Rollstuhlgerechter ausweisung in Ausstattungsmerkmale. Ganz so ist es mit E-Rolli nicht.

Location du petit palais pour une semaine en famille, rien à dire c’était top. La maison est spacieuse tout l’équipement dont on a besoin est présent. Pas loin de binic 15min. Le propriétaire discret mais répond présent si on le sollicite. Piscine Niquel jaccuzzi aussi. Franchement c’était parfait.

Villa somptueuse, conforme à la description, superbement équipée, joli et grand jardin. Il ne manque rien! Piscine, jaccuzi, jeux de société et billard pour les jours de temps pluvieux. Belles visites, chemins de promenades, jolis villages à découvrir.Propriétaire sympathique, à l'écoute sans excès de présence. Séjour Juste parfait.
