Modern, beautiful house "Ty Annik", built in 2012. In the district of Pointe de Trévignon 7 km from the centre of Trégunc, 5 km from the centre of Névez, 500 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 5 km, grocery 150 m, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1.7 km, café 1 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 16 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Concarneau" 15 km. Sports harbour 700 m, marina 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 10 km, sailing school 10 km, walking paths from the house 400 m. Nearby attractions: Pointe de Trevignon 1 km, Concarneau et Ville Close 13 km, Pont-Aven, Ville des Peintres 12 km, Port Manec'h,estuaire de l'Aven et Belon 10 km, Chaumières de Kerascoët, Plage de Tahiti 8 km, Quimper 40 km. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, south facing position, small balcony, west facing position terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
