“My family has stayed at a few vacation villas in the past, but this villa was TOP TIER! The house was beautiful. Every room was perfectly designed and decorated. The grounds were well maintained. The views are unmatched. The staff was amazing. Chef Vincent can COOK! We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you Joe for extending your home to the public, truly restorative! ”

“The property was amazing! Plenty of space- large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. Location- gated community, close to the airport and activities; in a calm bay where the kids can kayak, paddle board and canoe. Service- Arlene was an exceptional chef; OD made all reservations and arranged all rides and excursions; Kerinne kept the house immaculate. They made the whole trip! ”

“If I could give negative stars for this property, I absolutely would. The host cancelled our reservation right before our trip and failed to properly update the system or communicate professionally. I only found out the booking was cancelled when I was trying to get check-in information before leaving for Jamaica. The host messaged saying they cancelled for “personal reasons,” but after that completely stopped responding — not only to me, but also to Expedia when they repeatedly tried……

“It was a lovely stay. The only thing is that I was not sent a grocery list prior to my arrival. There may have been some mix up in communication, but other than that, it's a beautiful home and we had a lovely time. ”

“Nutmeg Villa is beautiful, set in 4 acres of breathtaking tropical garden, with a pool and overlooking the Caribbean Ocean. The staff is beyond helpful. Rasheema, our chef, consulted with me on our diverse needs and made 3 delicious meals every day. Our ‘butler’, Reshain, did everything and more to make my family comfortable, and the housekeepers, Ann and Maureen, made our rooms invitingly clean each day and even washed and folded our clothes! “Clean and safe environment with beautiful views”

“It was a wonderful vacation; the villa was lovely, the patio and view idyllic. Carlene was a terrific hostess; the meals she prepared were delicious and she checked in with us daily about what specialties she could prepare and asking what items we liked. The villa was very clean and very comfortable. I noticed there was no dishwasher in the kitchen' there seemed to be room for one and I would suggest that. Carlene never complained but I imagine that would make her life easier! We'd come back……

“We had a wonderful stay at Mel's stunning ocean view property! Mel and Marsha are wonderful hosts, and by the end of our stay were more like family, including to our two young kids. The property is clean and spacious, with a lot of greenery and lovely views. Mel and Marsha were very responsive, and drove us around at reasonable costs, and had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay with them again if we return to Montego Bay!”
