Villas in Trelawny

"Top notch housekeeping. Always had an abundance of towels and a clean room. Reservations were tough. Like we could only get 8:30 times the whole week we were there. No service at the pool. No lobby drink service. I’ve been to 10 all-inclusives in various countries and have never not had pool or lobby service. The check in process was horrendous. 1:10 min waiting in line. After a long day of travel, this was brutal. Even not having someone greet you or help you with your bags was a turn off. No where to get food, snacks outside of restaurant service unless you were buying something from the gift shop. Most times the Sports Bar was empty of snacks or treats, they said they had. No room service. The resort was ok. We had a great week together. But I would not come back to this resort. Very meh. "

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued—they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect"

"We really like our stay. The kids were busy with the daily games and the inflatable in the ocean is awesome to have. We adults like the games as well and especially the foam parties. The drinks were good, some bar keepers aren’t friendly. We also liked the food. Best restaurant was the itialian restaurant.the resort is very clean and well taken care of. The beach is very long and the ocean is nice. Best thing was the jerk chicken shed at the beach. Nice to eat their local food and it is so good. Definitely recommend this resort for families. "

"Yes, I wish the pool was deeper but we stayed at the family section so I suspect that is why we didn’t not have deep pool."

"Amazing facility and an absolutely incredible roster of staff. Been to a fair share of resorts and best energy I've seen thus far. The only thing is that food quality could be better. Also, only one place open for breakfast every day."
