\"Lake\'s Dream\" is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, accessible by internal stairs, there are two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) and a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating, and air conditioning.

The apartment is located in Ossuccio, in the municipality of Tremezzina, a 20-minute walk from Villa Balbianello and a 30-minute drive from the historic center of Como.
GETTING AROUND
The convenient private parking makes “Lake’s Dream” an ideal accommodation for those traveling by car. Traveling to and from Ossuccio is also feasible by public transport. There is an ASF bus stop near the property, and line C10 reaches Como and other lakeside locations. Tickets can be purchased on the bus (cash only) or at other authorized points. The nearest ticket outlet is Edicola Larese at Via Statale, 49. Please note that bus services are not very frequent and end around ten in the evening. Taxi services are also available but not always easily found in the area. The nearest ferry station is in Lenno, and the local service reaches Bellagio, Como, and other lakeside locations. From Como, it is easy to travel by train to Milan and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno). There are also public ferries departing from the pier in the center of Como to other lakeside locations. The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, and Orio Al Serio in Bergamo. Shuttle services to and from the airports can be easily arranged at an additional cost. TIPS
To move around and walk along Lake Como, especially in the small towns, you need to wear comfortable shoes.
There are many public drinking water fountains in the area, and the water is safe to drink unless otherwise indicated. Tap water is also drinkable. You can bring your refillable bottle!
If you are looking for a relatively easy hike in the area and still want to enjoy the mountain views, the Greenway del Lago di Como is an easy-to-follow path that connects the lake towns from Colonno to Griante and passes through Ossuccio. Look for the Greenway signs in the area.
From Ossuccio, you can take a taxi boat to reach Comacina Island.
In Italy, many shops (especially small ones) and services are closed in the middle of the day, so be sure to plan your shopping accordingly.
Lake Como is one of the deepest lakes in Europe and the deepest in Italy. Swimming and diving are prohibited in many areas and can be dangerous. For those who want to immerse themselves in the water, there are some options. Nearby, there are the Lido di Ossuccio and the Lido di Lenno. In other small towns, there are more beaches and bars by the lake. The Lido di Bellagio and the gravel beach of San Giovanni await those who want to travel and explore the beautiful town of Bellagio. Locals and visitors also love going to Nesso, where the bravest swimmers can dive into the lake from the ancient Roman bridge near the waterfall.
Lake Como is located in a mountainous region. The surrounding Prealps may not seem very high, but the climate is still influenced by the nearby mountains, and temperatures can change quickly. Pay particular attention to weather conditions during hikes and bring warm and waterproof clothing!
