"The location was easy to find and quiet. Building and room were well kept, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were amazing people! They really made you feel welcomed and were happy to make your stay the best! Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. "We booked a spacious King room on the 3rd floor overlooking Cottage street. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and roomy. It looked newly remodeled and was tastefully decorated! Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered several options which were quite delicious and the waitstaff were all outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located close to the waterfront with tons of shopping and restaurants all around yet just a short drive to Acadia National Park. There is onsite underground parking in addition to overflow parking across the street. I was very pleased and highly recommend a stay at this lovely boutique hotel!"
