「The location was excellent for getting into town and easy access to the freeway.The National was about 10 minutes away.There were a couple of things missing on gaining access, but Michelle sorted the situation out promptly.This was my second stay in the house, so new exactly what I was getting.」

「Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...
