Clean, safe, roomy and at a convenient location. kitchen supplies, tv and wi fi are nice. However, quite noisy between the neighbors in the apartment and the noise on the street. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep to a decent hour. Also, hot water in the shower runs out. Take your shower early! Written instructions at the apartment on how to use the coffee maker and washing machine (and that there is a drying rack for clothes in the luggage room because there is no dryer) would have been nice. We hung our wet clothes around the apartment because we didn’t find about the racks until the last day. Some paper towels, or napkins, more coffee pods (5 pods for 3 people over 3 days was not enough. Then you have to go to the grocery store, which didn’t have the exact same pods, and guess which ones to buy, if you are not familiar with that machine) Also a supply of clothes detergent for one or two loads of laundry would have been nice, as you must go and buy a whole bottle of detergent. Towels are thin and rough. A coffee table to place a drink or your feet on while sitting on the couch would have made it so much more comfortable. I think the noise is unavoidable, but with the few adjustments mentioned above, this apartment could be so much more convenient and comfy. These are easy fixes.
