Great view of Trier from afar.

Lovely hotel with great views. The restaurant and bar was a bit underwhelming as was access to Trier.

Good hotel close to the centre. In my opinion they should be giving double size duvet and two pillows for double bed (instead of single) and there should be a kettle in the room. Overall great staff and good facilities.

We were disappointed in for the first time ever we had to pay extra for a accessible room . We had advised the staff my husband needed a walk in shower .We felt penalised because of disability . Age did reduce the price slightly but we felt it unfair

Disappointing!!

They advertise they have A/C, this is not true. The manager admitted that the thermostat in the room does nothing and the temperature is set by the general manager and he has no control. The room was hot and miserable.

Dejligt stille værelse, fantastisk parkeringskælde

Vi tilbragte tre nætter på Vienna House og fandt hotellet rigtig godt som udgangspunkt for et besøg i Trier. Værelserne er rummelige og vi nød de stille omgivelser. Rene og pæne værelser, som kun manglede faciliteter til at lave te og kaffe - noget man efterhånden finder på næsten alle hoteller af en vis standard. Morgenmaden er god med et rigt udvalg af brød, frugt, te og kaffe med mere. Parkeringskælderen er genial, man kan tage en elevator direkte til receptionen med sin bagage. Beliggenheden uden for centrum var jeg lidt spændt på. Det kan dog sagtens lade sig gøre at gå til den gamle bydel. Der er ikke langt at gå til amphieteatret, og man kan faktisk tage en hop-on hop-off city-tour bus herfra.

Hotel in günstiger Lage

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, nur 5min. Fußweg von den Kaiserthermen entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, könnte aber etwas mehr Ablagefläche haben. Das Bett fanden wir bequem. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Duschwanne, Fön, Handtücher, Spender mit Haar/Körpershampoo und Handseife. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Wir haben aber nur einmal im Hotel gefrühstückt, weil es in der Innenstadt viele schöne Lokale gab, die tolles Frühstück anboten. Es gibt eine nette Bar im Hotel mit einer witzigen Spielecke mit Billard, Darts, Tischkicker und Spieletischen für Schach, Backgammon, Mensch ärgere dich nicht. Das Auto kann in einer Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr geparkt werden. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Gute Lage, die Innenstadt mit all ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht, zum römischen Amphitheater kommt man sehr idyllisch durch ein kleines Tal, immer dem Bach entlang. Vor der Tür fährt zudem ein Bus, und man kann - sensationell! - kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen (die nicht nur stylish sind, sonder auch sehr gut zu fahren). Geparkt habe ich auf dem großen Parkplatz 50m entfernt; über Nacht ist das kostenlos. Es gibt aber eine Hotelgarage. Mein Zimmer war zur Straße raus, und das war das einzige Manko: Da die Fenster den Lärm eher mäßig schlucken, war es morgens recht laut im Zimmer. Ich war am Wochenende dort; unter der Woche dürfte der Berufsverkehr da recht früh losgehen und recht laut sein.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Bekvämt med parkering l p-garage med hiss under hotellet. Tyvärr så har inte hotellen i Tyskland inga komfortabla sängar att erbjuda. Extra bäddmadrass saknas. Tycker även att för rumspriset skulle frukost ingå.

Schönes Hotel mit top Personal

Tolles Hotel, neu und modern, und trotzdem mit individuellem Charme. Schöne Deko, Bar mit Plattenspieler für Vinyl, stimmige und stimmungsvolle Einrichtung. Das beste sind aber die Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Super.

Chambre spacieuse

Hotel tres bien et tres proche du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec baignoire, les lits sont très confortables. Points négatifs pas de parking gratuit à proximité et les chambres donnant sur la route sont bruyantes.
