Private village with 24 hour guarded concierge located in the northern part of Sardinia within a natural park consisting of plants and shrubs of the Mediterranean scrub, red granite rocks and fine sand beach and numerous beautiful coves. The holiday home and independent villa type located in an area of 6 residential units with swimming pool with excellent panoramic views of the surrounding area. Real estate unit including lounge with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, veranda with barbecue. Excellent finishes. Recent construction just furnished. The house is located in an elevated position, with temperatures always pleasant and never sultry in a quiet and reserved area.

Aufenthalt in der Villa Costa Paradiso

An und für sich war die Wohnung ok. Der Badzimmerteppich schien aber vor löngerer Zeit das letzte Mal gereinigt bzw. gewaschen worden zu sein. Putzmittel standen absolut nicht zur Verfügung. Nicht mal ein Mob, mit dem man wenigstens einen nassen oder dreckigen Boden hätte reinigen können. Bei dr Ankunft waren weder Seife noch WC-Papier zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage konnte nur im grossem Schlafzimmer genutzt werden, aber die im Wohn-, Esszimmer / Küche konnten wir trotz der Hitze nicht benutzen, da die Fernbedienung dazu nicht zur Verfügung stand. Anscheinend sei dies nicht om Preis inbegriffen, was ich absolut nicht verstehe. Die Nachbarn waren etwas streng und hatten bereits am ersten Tag mit einem Streit angefangen, da sie der Meinung waren, dass der Pool für alle 6 Wohneinheiten sei und dass wir (5 P. ) den Pool in Beschlag nehem würden, was nicht stimmte. Der Urlaub war erholsam im Hrossen und Ganzen, aber für diesen Preis und diese eher abgelegene Lage hätte ich doch mehr erwartet.

Costa Paradiso Sardeigne

Costa Paradiso est un endroit sublime, composé d'un enssemble de maisons accrochées à la montagne. La mer est paradisiaque, une seule plage de sable cependant. Il y a des restaurants, un petit supermarché. L'appartement se situe tout en haut du domaine. Il fait parti d'un groupe de 6 autres logements. La piscine est partagée. Points négatifs: - Il n'y a pas de climatisation ( pourtant décrit dans l'annonce). - Un des lits de fait pas 200x200 mais probablement 160x200 (Donc achat de draps pour rien) - Le ménage laisse à désirer ( malgré les charges )et une forte odeur de moisi dans tous les placards de l'appartement. - Le réfrigérateur à 12° tout le long du séjour malgré un dégivrage à notre arrivée... Le voisinage a été très agréable et aidant. Belle vue sur les terres et petit coin de mer.

Sardinia is a delight, Costa Paradiso cottage a great base to see it from.

Amazing location, views to die for, wonderful pool and quite a unique stay. Overall very pleased with the experience, however a few issues that could be improved to make this 5 stars. Despite my protestations, the address listed here is wrong. Be very scrupulous about meeting arrangements for key handover. Connect via Whatsapp before travelling and confirm meeting location. Little or no English spoken (my responsibility to earn better Italian, not a criticism) so make sure you either learn or have phrase book handy. Confirm prior that linen and towels are provided and be prepared for an eclectic mix of sheets and towels. Accomodation was as presented with plenty of cutlery, plates, pots etc so if you are planning on cooking for yourself you will have everything you need. Efficient boiler, plenty of hot water, gas hob, big fridge and freezer provided. Gas provided by bottle outside and ours ran out half way through the stay Whatsapped our guy and he arranged a replacement within 2 hours, top service. Outside space sheltered with great BBQ space and absolutely superb pool. Cleaned every day and although shared with 5 other cottages, never crowded. Loungers provided by property so no worries about sunbathing. Prepare early for mosquitoes, standing water further down the lane means there are a lot of them, recommend Baygon spray, Citronella candles and Autan repellent. I made a schoolboy error and was feasted upon until we equipped properly, but they are manageable if you are careful. I travelled with my fiancee and my 2 teenage daughters for a week and we loved it. This cottage is unique and not perfect but I would recommend anyone who wants a unique location, views to die for, a great pool, very good facilities and wants an area of incredible beauty to be based in to get out and explore this wonderful island. 4 Stars could have easily been 5 with a few tweaks. Thank you for a great holiday.

Belle location avec vue sur Montagne et Mer !

Location propre et conforme à la description. La piscine a été appréciée aussi bien par les petits que les grands.. Dommage que la Climatisation nous nous a pas été proposée alors qu'elle semblait être présente dans la maison. Ca aurait été appréciable vue la chaleur extérieure. Belle région avec ses cales et ses plages..(Li Cossi vaut le coup d'oeil notamment !) Prévoyez de faire vos courses avant d'arriver à Costa Paradiso car le supermarché est hors de prix..

Lovely clean house

We enjoyed the villa but we were very upset that the pool is listed as private when it is share between 5 villas. It spoiled our holiday because we would never have booked a house with a shared pool. We had to make the best of it and cope with the noise and presence of other guests. The listing needs to be changed it’s a great pool but is not private.

Très bonne semaine de vacances

Nous avons séjourné une semaine, maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, très bien accueillis par Mr Blanco qui a su prendre le temps de nous renseigner sur tout ce qu'on peut faire et voir aux environs. Piscine très agréable et super terrasse pour les barbecues..Petit plus, la visite quasi journalière des sangliers ce qui a beaucoup plu aux enfants. Pensez seulement à faire vos courses avant car le supermarché le plus proche est à 30km et la supérette dû village est hors de prix

Sono diversi anni che io e la mia famiglia prendiamo in affitto la casa del sig. Pietro e ogni anno torniamo piu che soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. La casa infatti è molto carina e accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort necessario per trascorrere una rilassante vacanza al mare. Personalmente le cose che preferiamo sono il barbecue privato sul terrazzo e la piscina, di una comodità estrema per chi come noi non ama trascorrere l'intera giornata in spiaggia e devo dire che, pur essendo condivisa, raramente ci è capitato di doverla condividere con qualcuno. Consiglio vivamente questa opzione a chi come noi cerca un posto dove poter staccare la spina e tornare veramente rilassato.

Excellente location!!!

Excellente location, très bien placée face à la piscine et devant un paysage magnifique.Très bon accueil à notre arrivée par M. BIANCO. Location très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous avons eu le droit à la visite de cochons sauvages ce qu'ont beaucoup appréciés les enfants. Très belles plages aux alentours. La voiture est nécessaire notamment pour l'approvisionnement car les commerces sont relativement chers à Costa Paradiso. Très bonne adresse, nous reviendrons...

Super Aussicht und ruhige Lage

Schönes kleines Haus mit einem wunderschönem gemeinschafts Pool wo mann die Aussicht geniessen kann. Free wiifii kann mann in den Pizzerias wo sehr lecker sind haben. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien, auch die Wildschweine waren sehr nett.

Beautiful and peaceful with stunning views

Gorgeous villa and will equipped. The only downside was lack of air con. The views are stunning all over Costa Paradiso and the pool was fabulous with views over the mountains. We enjoyed seeing the wild boar roam around freely and Costa Paradiso beach really is a paradise. Overall I would highly recommend this property! Fabulous villa!
