「They cancel my stay and I wasn’t notified. I was there at 10pm and the lady at the front desk told me my reservation was canceled in the morning. So I had to look for a place to stay with my kid at 11pm. Very upsetting」

「The pool was closed and there was no spa I could find. The floor boards had gaps in the bathroom. There were earwigs on my bed and when I got a coffee at Starbucks one of them crawled out of the air hole. There was also on at the bottom of my coffee. The whole complex seemed to be in the process of renovation. It was pretty sketchy.」

「Easy check-in, comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Minimal noise from other travelers. Shower was warm and AC worked well. I liked that there was no carpet but the floors could have been cleaned better (didn't seem like they'd been mopped recently). Traveling with our 1 year old was easy because the room was fairly baby friendly.」

「This small motel was very comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a nice view of Mt. Shasta and it was conveniently located off the highway although we could not hear any sound. The staff was friendly and breakfast was an average continental breakfast. We would stay there again.」

「I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night.」

「The inn is immaculate. It is a short walk to restaurants and a bar where you can play pool. This is the best play to stay in Shasta and we have been to Shasta many, many times.」

「We went to snowmobile and the snow didn’t cooperate but we settled in to our sweet thoughtfully detailed room. We were told it was the smallest of the rooms but as a couple we enjoyed it and the Mountain View’s. We took advantage of the eateries downstairs loving the Butcher Block grill gotta try the steak sandwiches!! So good. Loved exploring the area and coming back to the common areas and a toasty fire. The history of this place is so cool and got to have a lovely conversation with the owner...
