「When i pulled up the outside of the building looked run down and i asked what did i get myself into? But my fears were put at ease when going inside. Nice clean lobby, friendly efficient check in. Room could use an air freshener, but thats just me. Room is a nice size, very clean bright. Overall a great stay!」

「The front staff were so pleasant and helpful. It was the quietest hotel that we have ever stayed at and the morning breakfast stayed well stocked. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing a concert at Lenova Center and for dining, shopping and enjoying museums. Thank you for helping to make my eldest's birthday trip so memorable, Best Western Plus」

「The hotel was very clean and had everything that I needed. The only thing that I didn't like was having to pay for parking. I understand that, in the middle of a big city, parking is very hard to find, and it can be a big cost for a company but, in here, there were plenty of space available. It was not a gated or security watched parking so, why the extra fee? 」
