A cycle route runs directly along the river. As the bike-boat boarding departs right outside the door, you can go there or back by boat.
The possibilities for trips are almost endless but Trier is definitely worth a visit. This is Germany's oldest city with a beautiful historic center. Ideal for shopping and admiring old buildings and the Porta Negra
