「We took many photos of the entire flat on arrival. Very well decorated and obviously very recently refurbished. Unfortunately, we had to call support team prior to arrival as the listing and information we received gave name and postcode, but no house number or street! Also information on exactly which refuse bin to use on departure would be helpful! 」

「Good location, comfortable stay 」

「A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.」

「Perfect accommodation with great host who was extremely communicative and helpful」

「Not a luxury apartment, kitchen and living room are nice enough, bedroom is not that pleasant and bathroom was completely awful- shower barely worked, smelt of cigarette smoke, poor lighting, no shelves that could be used.」

「Charming apartment in the center of town, close to excellent pubs and dining. Extremely helpful host who was willing to do whatever it took to accommodate our travel plans. We would return in a heartbeat to explore more of what Ayr and the surroundings have to offer.」

「Lodge was spotless, good size, hot tub great and very relaxing.Bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in the mattress needs replacing.Shower great very powerful however it didn’t drain very well and folded the floor, kitchen was great but utensils need reviewing, ie new saucepans and frying pan, oven trays needed .」

「Excellent location and good response from caretaker with any issues. Easy access to key entry and I appreciated the printed instructions for the heating system and the washer machine. 」

「The apartment was very clean and comfortable and there was a couple of minor issues but when I contacted the owner he was straight on it immediately. I’d definitely recommend them. 」
