It’s a quaint older motel that has some cute updates. Not fancy but plenty nice- lots of thoughtful touches. Close to good food and shopping.

The outside is very unassuming and I questioned myself for a moment when I pulled into the parking lot. However, I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. My only complaint is that the shower curtain didn’t have those little magnets on the bottom to keep it attached to the tub and prevent it from blowing in and touching you.

Had a very nice evening at Bybee’s Steppingstone Inn. The owner/operator was super friendly, providing us all the essential information we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and the grounds made you feel right at home. It’s a stone’s throw from Bryce Canyon so it’s a great option for those who don’t want to stay in Bryce Canyon City.

For a little town like Tropic, this property was amazing. Location right on the main road to Bryce and very near. Very clean and the amount of space was very efficiently utilized for conveniene. Given the limited dining options in the town, this property can consider adding breakfast service!

The proprietor was wonderful and so helpful! We developed car problems and he helped us in finding someone to work on it. The room is simple but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including microwave, refrigerator, great bed, lots of hot water and nice shower. Can't recommend it enough!

Suite was exactly as pictured. Bed was nice. kitchenette had dishes, utensils, etc. coffee and tea were provided . Bathroom was clean and shower/tub was good. Well worth the price. tropic is close enough to Bryce and other parks. We enjoyed our stay
