Staff was warm and welcoming-even at midnight! The little shop for food/beverages and necessities was convenient. The room was great! Clean!! The kitchen had all the appliances and even a dishwasher! Having a full-sized refrigerator was a plus! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was large and clean! ...

Quiet and comfortable! And so close to Waco. We loved sitting on the front porch and hearing absolutely nothing! The donkeys are adorable, and so gentle taking their treats, I may have spoiled them. We will definately stay here again when we are in Waco to visit our kids.
