The fully stocked chef’s kitchen and dining area offers everything you need to make a meal at home (or enjoy takeout from The Sawyer at Schaffer’s Mill!), along with a Nespresso Creatista machine. The main level also features a powder room and access to the main deck where guests can enjoy the outdoor gas fireplace, in-ceiling speakers, and the beautiful view of the Carson Mountain Range.
On the upper level, guests will find the other two bedrooms. The bunkroom features a bunk bed with full size top and bottom bunks, a leather couch, 55” smart TV, desk, and ensuite bath with double vanity, heated floors, and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed, desk with computer monitor, 50” TV, and ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.
This custom built 3100 sq ft home was completed in mid-2020 on a cul-de-sac surrounded by mature trees. 4 bedrooms, all ensuite so no one has to share!
