Charles and Joanne's place was perfect for our two family trip. There was a kids living room and an adult living room, making movie night very enjoyable for everyone. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the adults the king size bed accommodations. Beds were very comfy, which is a rare find in most rentals. Hot tub was also a fantastic treat.

Place is beautiful and convenient. We had 4 small families, and all had our own space for sleeping and room for adults to mingle and cook upstairs while kids played downstairs. Kids loved playing in the snow around the property. Easy to get to the downhill resort & snow play park. House is furnished well and has all the amenities in the kitchen you need! A wonderful visit. Thanks for sharing your home!

Gorgeous and spacious home. We have stayed in many homes in the Tahoe area, and this was by far the best home. It was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and just as the pictures and listing described. More than enough room for 8 adults. The house was fully stocked, leaving nothing out. The neighborhood is really nice, serene, and very close to three great golf courses. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return again.

Just a wonderful, quality home. The beds are crazy comfortable. Excellent kitchen and supplies. Charles and Jo are terrific hosts. Our family had a great time and hope to return again someday soon. Thank you! so much again for the wonderful stay.

Nice and clean house, great for groups. Host had excellent communication and quickly answered all our questions. Location is near a small sledding slope and ice skating rink, sleds are provided at the house. Lots of food options from Asian to Mexican. We’d definitely be back.

This is a beautiful modern house and the listing is very accurate. The owners were on top of everything and made the process seamless. Our only issue with the property was that the 5th bedroom is a bonus room (as described in the listing) and the queen fold out has a very uncomfortable mattress. Suggest that owners add a memory foam topper for comfort.

We just finished our second stay at the cabin in the past three years and it was just as good if not better this time than the first time. The place was immaculate and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay in the snow. The owners are fantastic and excellent with communication. Overall, our party of 7 had a fantastic time and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in the Tahoe area.

One of the most thought-through vacation home rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Everything possible thing had been thought through. Great home with two master bedrooms and bunk beds made it perfect for family. Thanks for thinking through all the details so that we could have a great week in Truckee - Tahoe. House was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We only had 6 people but could have easily accommodated a lot more. Close proximity to Tahoe donner skiing, flat driveway (important for winter!), Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely modern bathrooms, and really communicative host. We enjoyed our stay!

Charles and Jo created a wonderful space that is beautifully appointed, functional and comfortable. We spent a long weekend relaxing in the hot tub and playing on nearby slopes as well as the ping pong table. The beds are actually comfortable! This house is big enough that each age group can have their own space. We will be back!

We loved this stay immensely. The owners were very communicative and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. From the beds to the towels to the kitchen amenities - no detail wasn't thought of. You can tell the owners actually stay here plus rent this property out instead of the typical "it's for renters so let's do everything as cheap as possible"! I appreciated how clean and organized it was. The location and setting are beautiful too. We will definitely return!

Beautiful setting looking out at the trees. Loved the back deck area for grilling and eating outside. All the living areas were perfectly separated for our three small families to be together yet still have private space. The kitchen was well-appointed and spacious. The weather was quite hot (90s) the weekend we were there, and the downstairs stayed cool throughout the day. We went to the rec center pool a couple of blocks down the hill, and the kids had a lot of fun there. We would love to return someday!

This property is amazing and even more beautiful in-person. It was an incredible getaway for our group and we didn't want to leave. Every detail of the home is carefully thought out to ensure guests have a luxurious and memorable stay. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed (e.g. dinnerware, cooking ware, spices, air fryer, toaster oven, water heater, Keurig, etc.). There are two spacious living room areas to relax and play board games, a ping pong/billiard table, hot tub, and comfortable beds. The location is also great, just 5-10 minutes from Truckee and 25 minutes from Squaw. In all our years of renting various properties in South & North Lake Tahoe, this home has by far been our favorite. To top it off, Charles and Joanne are great hosts and extremely communicative. We can't wait to return!
