Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. “The couch is very low and uncomfortable, the stools arevto high fir the counter and are very uncomfortable.The Barbacue was dirty and has mold growing up on it. Not usable at all, had to make other arrangements for dinner. No kitchen towels or was clothes, no sink stop or dish pan you had to wash them under the running water. Messaged the hist and got no response. This was my second time here and with my disappointment I will not come back.”

It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. ”
