"I have stayed at many hotels in Tana, yet consistently the most friendly, clean, and value-for-money hotel is the Radisson Apartment. The new Soho sushi restaurant on the rooftop is wonderful - a great addition. And the checkin / foyer team --Teddy, Yolande, and Maenina -- are first class, being efficient, speedily check-in (with regular room upgrades!!), and pending my every need. What a team! This is hands-down the #1 hotel in Tana. "

"The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. But this might not be a good option for women traveling alone and wanting to walk everywhere. However, i felt really safe."

"We enjoyed the spa, the staff and the bar. The city can be overwheling and the helpful staff coordinated transport, and facitotates great relaxation in the pool and spa. Wonderful time."
