「I stayed in the single room and it was quiet small The bathroom was a little dirty along the baseboard with mold & dirt. The sink faucet was loose and very worn & scratched. Bathroom lights were not placed well to see your face when shaving. They really need to be placed somewhere where your face is in light instead of behind your head and way above your head. Some led light strips along the left and right of the mirror would help immensely. The last little tidbit would be the little tiny...

「This is a don’t miss stop to stay on your travels in the Philippines.」

「Joachim is a great host. We'll be back!」

「It was a good place to stay. The only downside was the lack of internet and no electricity from 7 am to 6pm. It’s surely secluded and calming. The staff was ok but if」

「The Busai Dream Property is a real DREAM! We were first greeted by the most friendliest staff, they helped us with any of our needs. I would definitely book this property in the future. The property is clean, and not too far away from the port and also 2 hours away from the Airport. They serve very delicious food and it's all cooked in the property.」

「Very quiet friendly staff. Very convenient scooter rentals. Centrally located between Panglao and chocolate hills」

「The room was spotless and there was everything we needed from bottle openers to a microwave. The staff went above and beyond for us. They invited our little family to enjoy a Christmas lunch with their friends and family and it was wonderful.」

「Air con very noise」

「This stay was lovely, with aircon in all rooms, and short drive to nice beaches. There are a few things however that the description lied about. The villa is a 15 minute drive to Alona beach, not a 10 minute walk. The only beach within walking distance is the docking area for boats, and is dirty in general. Also, they charge 300pesos per 12 hours of use for the washing machine, so keep in mind that it is not included. For the cost of the house however our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable....
