「Very easy checkin. Ronald the house, made the check in and communication very easy. The townhouse shows signs of where, especially the ceilings, you can't see it in the pictures but around the vents there's a lot of ceiling texture coming down and stains on the ceilings. Had some issues with the washer, Ronald sent out a tech and repaired it promptly. However kept having it issues towards the end of our stay. Messaged the host and he never responded back to us. We ended up leaving a day early...

"The hotel itself is nothing special, but the rooms are large and the Wi-Fi is fast. What really makes the difference is the staff — especially the person who handled my check-in and check-out. She/He was absolutely incredible, super friendly, and always welcoming. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpful with everything. The pool is small, and there's a mini jacuzzi. The fitness center has an elliptical, a treadmill, and a few weights. But honestly, the staff and the shuttle service make it all worth it. The room is good too."
