“My first impression of the neighborhood had me questioning if this was a good idea because of the older modeled homes. I was pleasantly surprised at how family friendly the community turned out to be. The home itself was spectacular. Beautifully decorated interior, safe , and comfortable. My 3 siblings were impressed at how quiet and peaceful it was in the area as it was about a 5-10 minute drive to the AC hotels. The absolute best thing about our stay was how comfortable the beds were. Each bed……

“This is a beautifully renovated property with lovely bay view from the cute rooftop deck. The whole house was super clean. The hardwood floors throughout are very nice, but we liked that the bedrooms themselves have carpeting. There is also a comfy front porch and a back yard with bistro tables, so plenty of outdoor space for everyone. Make sure you have dinner at Angelo's, which is walking distance. “This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. ”

“The home is Rustic shore home. The location is way close to the beach and restrooms. Just go up the hill and you get to see sunsets. Just go to the left. And then you're on the beach. For the beautiful moonrise and sunrise. This is a perfect house for our big family. Or a bunch of friends to get together. It was also great for a couple.
