SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($181.91) OR a refundable Safety Deposit ($4,000) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

These two homes are also listed separately: a 3 BR/2 BA home and a 4 BR/2 BA home. With this listing, BOTH homes could be yours! A great way to travel with friends, family, or a team, so everyone can have private space yet be conveniently close. (Just a 7-min drive to Kino Sports Complex!)

These homes are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Working-class families and retirees mostly live in this community. Sometimes, kids are playing outside. There are cameras outside the properties for your safety only.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

CAMERA: One of the homes has an exterior camera for general guest safety. It is in the front of the property on the exterior only to help monitor the front entrance, parking, and porch area. (There are no backyard cameras and interior cameras.)
