Good location
Was annoyed that we were forced to purchase damage insurance for this 7 night stay. Older mobile is located in a fairly quiet residential area (several barking dogs nearby). A couple of blocks away is a 24 hour QuickMart, and 5 minutes north of it is the start of numerous shops and restaurants. Location made it easy to get around the city. Rental was very clean, kitchen had the basics, sofa was very firm. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Basket of toiletries was a nice touch, towels were excellent, water pressure very good. The second bedroom had no door, and the floor was a bit sloped. Also, after a heavy downpour of rain one night there was a distinct sewer smell. It stayed contained in the second bedroom, and dispersed after a while. Host was very nice and responded promptly to emails.
