Coupled with a heated saltwater pool, private patio and sports court. This house will provide you and your guests with an elegant stay in Tucson.

House can be used for small gatherings/events within the rules listed.

This ranch-style house has been updated recently with a contemporary style.

The main room provides the comforts one would expect as well as a SPECTACULAR view in the evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary cooking utensils.

A recreational room will provide your party with a comfortable place to relax

Three bedrooms are provided, two with king size beds; and one with a queen size bed.

Three work stations are provided for your utilization

The patio provides privacy and a saltwater pool. Outdoor furniture is provided as well as a grill. The patio provides SPECTACULAR views of the Catalinas to enjoy while you enjoy the saltwater pool.

The sports court is available for your use and the following is provided: Night-time lighting, two basket ball hoops, pickle ball net, pickle balls, and 4x pickle ball pads.

This house is the proverbial `house on the hill` and will not cease to impress.

Internet is provided by Xfinity with a maximum download speed of 1.2Gbps

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, proverbial `house on the hill`. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

A vehicle will be required; as this house is not located near any public transportation services.

For longer stays, cleaning services are available at $200 to clean the entire house.

The pool can be heated upon request for $65/night.

1. All guests are expected to be respectful of the property here-in as well as the neighborhood where we reside. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM until 8 AM, All days of the week and all holidays of the year.
2. The house and all furnishings will be utilized in a manner consistent with the purpose for which they are designed
3. Guest agrees to not utilize this property for any commercial or illegal activity. Illegal drug use will be grounds for immediate expulsion of the property.
4. All guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean and habitable manner.
5. Parking is provided for two vehicles at attached carport as well as the horseshoe.
6. The fireplace is non-functional; please DO NOT USE the fireplace.
7. The coffee pot does not require filters as the pot is supplied with a filter basket.
8. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are located in the patio deck box. If the cushions are utilized; please leave them on the furniture.
9. Late check-outs and early check-ins are available please inquire as soon as possible. If a guest is late checking out without notice; a $150/hour fee will be assessed.
10. Pool cleaning service is performed twice a week on Monday and Thursday morning. Please do not adjust settings to the pool heater, contact us if a change needs to be made.
12. Trash pick-up is performed every Wednesday.
13. The pool can be heated for $75 per day
14. Strictly NO glasses by the pool.
15. Do not pour cooking grease or food down the kitchen disposal
