We didnt stay in the hotel, le left it at the first 5 minutes that we arrive, the room was dirty, the window of the room was broken. The ceiling was damp and broken, the sheets were thin, dirty and torn from use and showed the mattress. The carpet look dirty. The old microwave was on the luggage rack, and we didnt stay to saw the bathroom. Outside the hotel rooms there was vomit and the stairs were old and broken. They didn't look at all like the pictures they post. We asked for a refund and were told that it had to be through Expedia, as that was where we paid.

when I get into the lobby, it smells really bad. Then I proceeded to check into my room. When I got there the door lock was not working and the room was really dirty.

Those pictures don’t match the hotel at all. Roaches, torn ceilings, no clean sheets. Everything is wrong with that property.

Worst stay ever! We transferred rooms 3 times trying to find a room with a working tv. The blinds wouldn’t close in 2 of the rooms. After 2 hours of changing rooms it was 11pm so we have up. This room had no light in the main room. We had to turn on the bathroom light to see, this one had no fridge there was writing on the walls and the toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to go to the lobby for the restroom. It was ridiculous I will never stay here again!! Who do I contact about a refund from this property?

This was the worst stay ever. In the first room, the blinds didn’t close and there was no remote for the TV. So we were transferred to another room with the television did not work. By the time we got to the 3rd room it was 11pm and we gave up. This room was the worst the toilet didn’t flush there was no light in the main room we had to use the bathroom light. The tv didn’t work again and the bed was uncomfortable. I won’t stay here again and I’d like a refund

Check in was fine but I should have known something was wrong when he said I had 20 minutes to check the room and decide if I want to stay or want a refund. The room was filthy the spider webs has dust there was a bug on the one pillow on the bed. The blankets had wholes from cigarettes and it was a non smoking room but smell of cigarette smoke. The walls had holes and repair patches and the paint was no longer white. The floors were filthy. We turned around and left before the door could even close.
