Fantastic accommodations!

From the moment we stepped into the rental we were in awe. It was clean, bright, had a large closet area and was close to everything we like to visit. We did miss Netflix tv. We look forward to our next visit in 2026.

Noisy Stay

This is the second time renting at this location just different condo. (1yr ago) We had to deal with the same problem construction noise! The workers start at 5:30am they are banging & having arguments using profanity, the icing on the cake was when they blocked the sidewalk making it hard to get by safely. Only days we got decent sleep was Sat & Sun because there was no construction going on. Getting out of the complex can be trying because of traffic on a major road. The beds were decent could use new pillows beds are soft. Shower in master bedroom was semi clean. Their dryer doesn’t dry properly that’s the reason our towels smelled funky. I woke up & found a lizard in the living room plus I was sitting on the couch & felt something inside my blouse it was a flying red ant! There were moths, spiders and lots of dust coming in from the gap at the bottom of the main door. They have a sign posted they are working on getting the gap fixed not sure how long that’s been posted without resolve. Dining furniture needs replacing (flimsy) Condo was spacious to accommodate our stay would have been five stars but the noise level that early in the morning was ridiculous! Won’t reserve at this location again.

dont bother

construction work right at the front door and livingroom for a new complex. we did not know that we would have construction workers and noise. there was a cockroach in the kitchen and the beds were uncomfortable.

Not for me

Gave me the wrong code to get in. Many little rough spots including a crack in the stove top and front door did not seal properly at the bottom. Master bedroom door did not close properly. Towels felt like sand paper. Beds too small. Bad location right next to construction. In rough condition

Outstanding Rental

The property was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable, very modern and in a great neighborhood of Tucson. Its within a short walk to upscale shops, restaurants etc. one minor note is that it is hard to find the entrance to the property from the msin street. The dign is small and unlit. But definitely a great rental experience overall! absolutely perfect!

Very nice condo; new construction

Condo was ideal setup for the friend and I who stayed there. Only issue was weather stripping on underside of entry door is badly damaged and needs replacement. I reported to Vacasa the morning after our arrival.

Construction Zone

Please be honest with listing and let people know that this unit is 5 feet from construction, 6 days a week, 8 hours a day. When i reported this issue and others to property manager, NOTHING was done. I was given excuses about on onsite worker that NEVER showed.

Great location

We loved the unit. It was exceptionally clean and the location was great. There was a problem with the Wifi and it was fixed quickly. I would drfostat there again.

Great location close to University. Food close by. Quiet area. It was raining and cold so did not utilize Pool or riverwalk. Wifi was good!

Tucson Getaway

The condo is beautiful inside! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and clean. Initially we had trouble getting connected to the wi-fi, but that is because we figured out the property had the wrong network name listed. We eventually figured that out. The location is north of downtown by about 10 minutes, but there is a cute shopping mall right next door with an amazing coffee shop and restaurants. The condo is off of a very busy street, so turning left at rush hour was impossible. There is also a lot of construction going on, as they are building more condos immediately next door. It wasn't too loud though, but they do start at 7:00 am. I would stay here again.

Great Location

The check in process was smooth, but there were a couple easily correctable snags. The condo is at the very back of a large complex, the driving directions end at the entrance off E River Rd. If they said drive straight back until the last left turn and the condo will be on the left, it would have been a lot easier to find. I phoned the help line and he was unable to say where the condo was, but said he would have a local manager phone me, but no one ever did. Once we finally located the condo there was a 4 digit lock box on the door handle and also a keypad on the door. the instructions do not say which one to put the code into. Again, an easy fix would be use the keypad on the door, not the lockbox, and press the lock symbol after entering the code. This was my first time using a door keypad! This time when I called for help, she told me her instructions said digital code, mine did not. I loved being able to exit the back of the property directly onto the river trail, from there its a very short walk to ST Philips Square and a little further to Trader Joes. There isn't any kind of pamphlet or instruction book in the condo with this kind of information, but over time we figured out we didn't need to walk all the way to the road and over to the plaza. For what we were doing the condo was well stocked with the exception of box of tissues. We did not cook any meals. Plenty of towels, paper towel, etc. I would stay here again.
